Hi All!
I am the mother of three boys who are all growing up so fast (my oldest is 19 and my twins are 18), I was starting to feel that empty nest syndrome (even though they are around) so I happily filled it with a furry little girl...the daughter I thought I would never have...a 6 month old Great Dane. Because she is such a silly, clumsy puppy we all joke about how she will someday be a Great Dane, but right now she is an Adequate Dane or a So-So Dane and sometimes even a Good Dane...But the truth is, she is absolutely wonderful. We have already graduated from puppy classes and are now doing the Manors Class and she really seems to be succeeding. I am so proud of her. This class, since it is manors, is open to all dogs, no matter what the age, so the fact that she is just a baby and still does very well and has done better then some of the older dogs of all different breeds, makes me so very proud and realize what a wonderful dog she is. And, of course, she is, without a doubt a lap dog (as demonstrated in my profile pic, she is happily sitting on my oldest son).
